These Terms govern your use of dial3d.ai and the marketing properties. Customer agreements for the DIAL3D platform are governed by the executed Master Services Agreement, Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and applicable Order Form — those agreements supersede these Terms for customer use.
Acceptable use
Use of dial3d.ai is permitted for prospective and current customer evaluation, partnership inquiry, press research, and personal-use information gathering. Scraping, automated abuse, or use of dial3d.ai content for unauthorized commercial republication is prohibited.
Intellectual property
All content on dial3d.ai — including written content, design system, brand marks, and proprietary methodologies — is owned by DIAL3D, Inc. Third-party trademarks (Kipu, Salesforce Health Cloud, Sunwave, etc.) are owned by their respective owners and used here for descriptive purposes.
